بمناسبة مرور 48 عاماً على وفاة مؤسس جمهورية بنغلادش الشيخ مجيب الرحمن أقامت السفيرة ناهدة سبحان ندوة ثقافية ومأدبة غداء في سفارة بنغلادش في جبل عمان تكريماً للمشاركين في الندوة.
وفي بداية الاحتفال تم رفع علم بنغلادش على صارية العلم في حديقة السفارة كما قامت السفيرة بوضع إكليل
من الزهور عند صورة المرحوم الشيخ مجيب الرحمن مؤسس جمهورية بنغلادش وأول رئيس
للجمهورية
حضر الندوة والحفل المؤرخ الأستاذ عمر العرموطي/ معد ومؤلف موسوعة عمان أيام زمان/ ومؤلف كتاب سفراء العالم يتحدثون من عمان... كما حضر الحفل المؤرخ الدكتور محمد عبد الحفيظ المناصير والدكتورة شيرين الحسين العواملة والناشطة الثقافية السيدة مها أحمد عبد الكريم الطراونة والناشط الثقافي السيد بسام الحواري وعدد من أفراد الجالية البنغالية في الأردن وأسرة سفارة جمهورية بنغلادش في عمان.

وقد القت سعادة سفيرة بنغلادش السيدة ناهدة سبحان أشادت فيها بالأب المؤسس ومؤسس جمهورية بنغلادش الشيخ مجيب الرحمن والد الشيخة حسينة رئيسة وزراء بنغلادش الأن.

تحدث المؤرخ الأستاذ عمر العرموطي في كلمة أشاد فيها بالشيخ مجيب الرحمن مؤسس جمهورية بنغلادش كما أشاد العرموطي في القفزة الكبيرة والنهضة المتسارعة التي نجحت بها بنغلادش خلال الـ 20 عاماً الماضية حيث أصبحت بنغلادش الآن دولة متقدمة صناعياً وقفز الاقتصاد البنغالي إلى درجة متقدمة وازدادت الصادرات والدخل القومي بدرجة كبيرة وقد أشاد العرموطي بالشيخة حسينة رئيسة وزراء بنغلادش وإبنة الشيخ مجيب الرحمن التي كان لها دوراً كبيراً في التقدم الاقتصادي المذهل في بنغلادش وتقليص معدلات الفقر والبطالة وزيادة عدد المتعلمين وانتشار الكهرباء في جميع أنحاء قرى ومدن بنغلادش وزيادة الدخل الفردي السنوي.

تحدثت الاكاديمية الدكتورة شيرين الحسين العواملة فأشادت بالعلاقات الوثيقة التي تربط الأردن مع بنغلادش حيث يعمل بالأردن الأن حوالي 65 ألف من العمالة البنغلاديشية في قطاع الزراعة والقطاعات الأخرى وأشادت الدكتورة العواملة بالجهود الكبيرة للشيخة حسينة رئيسة وزراء بنغلادش إبنة المرحوم الشيخ مجيب الرحمن مؤسس بنغلادش

تحدث المؤرخ الدكتور محمد عبد الحفيظ المناصير فتحدث عن التاريخ القديم والحديث لبنغلادش وعن تاريخ دخول الإسلام لبنغلادش وتحدث عن المرحوم الشيخ مجيب الرحمن كشخصية تاريخية عظيمة كنا نسمع عنها بنشرات الأخبار فقد تمكن المرحوم الشيخ مجيب الرحمن من إنقاذ هذه البلاد وتحقيق الاستقلال لها...... كما تحدث بالاحتفال عدد من أبناء الجالية البنغالية بهذه المناسبة الوطنية.

On the occasion of the 48th
anniversary of the death of the founder of the Republic of Bangladesh, Sheikh
Mujibur Rahman, Ambassador Nahida Sobhan held a cultural symposium and lunch at
the Bangladesh Embassy in/ Jabal Amman/ in honor of the participants in the
symposium.
At the beginning of the
celebration, the flag of Bangladesh was raised on the flagpole in the embassy's
garden, and the ambassador laid a wreath at the image of the late Sheikh
Mujibur Rahman, the founder of the Republic of Bangladesh and the first
president of the republic.
The symposium and ceremony was attended by the historian Professor Omar Al-Armouti / author and author of the Encyclopedia of Oman in the Old Days / and author of the book Ambassadors of the World Speak from Oman
The ceremony was also attended by historian Dr. Muhammad Abdul Hafeez Al-Manasir, Dr. Sherine Al-Hussein Al-Awamla, and cultural activist Mrs. Maha Ahmed Abdel-Karim Al-Tarawneh And the cultural activist, Mr. Bassam Al-Hawari, and members of the Bengali community in Jordan, and the family of the Embassy of the Republic of Bangladesh in Amman.

of Bangladesh, Ms. Nahida Sobhan, praised the founding father and founder of

jumped to an advanced degree, and exports and national income have increased
significantly.
Al-Armouti praised Sheikh
Hasina, the Prime Minister of Bangladesh and the daughter of Sheikh Mujibur
Rahman, who had a major role in the amazing economic progress in Bangladesh,
reducing poverty and unemployment rates, increasing the number of educated
people, spreading electricity throughout the villages and cities of Bangladesh,
and increasing the annual per capita income.

Al-Hussein Al-Awamleh also spoke, praising the close relations that bind Jordan
with Bangladesh, where about 65 thousand Bangladeshi workers work in Jordan now
